Q: Are your shoes ready to ship?
A: We offer both ready-to-ship and pre-order items. Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 4–6 business days. Pre-orders are made just for you and have a turnaround time listed in the product description (typically 4–8 weeks).
Q: What is a pre-order?
A: A pre-order means your item is not in stock and is being produced after your purchase. This allows us to offer exclusive styles and limited drops without overproducing inventory.
Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the nature of pre-orders and custom items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed.
Q: How do I choose the correct size?
A: Sizing may vary from other brands, so we highly recommend measuring your child’s foot before ordering. We provide a size chart and require a confirmation at checkout to ensure the best fit.
Q: Do you restock sold-out styles?
